A. In many cases, we can monitor existing alarm equipment. Our technicians will inspect existing equipment to see if DetectionTech can monitor you. ​

2. What happens if my system fails over the weekend?

We provide 24/7 support to handle any issues that may occur any time, day or night. If a problem can't be solved remotely, we will schedule a service call with one of our technicians.

5. What is the installation process like and how long will it tale?
A. When our technicians arrive, they take the time to walk you through the system and solutions being installed. They will set up their work space carefully and do their best to stay out of your way throughout the process. Once the installation is complete they will clean up any debris and trash, leaving your space just as they found it. Then they will provide you with training and instructions on how to use your new system. Installation times may vary depending in the size of your property and the number of service being integrated, but our technicians pride themselves on working efficiently and throughly to ensure your system is installed correctly and operating at its best.
